Your helper holds a sheet of newspaper at arms length... With proper technique, strength, and speed, you can punch a hole straight through the newspaper.
The easy way: how to fake it
Simply extend the knuckles of your hand, as you punch through the newspaper. Depending on the size of the newspaper sheet, you will either punch a hole through it, or tear it in half.
To avoid revealing the trick, pull your hand back quickly into the guard position.
